Green Bean Salad

Ingredients
- tablespoon salt (for water)
- 1 pound green beans, ends trimmed (leave whole or chop into 2 inch pieces)
- 1 cup feta cheese crumbles
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- 2 tablespoon chopped red onon (any onion will work)
- ½ cup silvered almonds (pan roasted)
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon fresh basil
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- black pepper
Directions
- Boil large pot of water with salt. Add green beans and cook until tender but crisp. About 2 minutes.
- Drain and pat dry.
- Mix together all ingredients except almonds and green beans.
- Pour over green beans and mix
- Sprinkle the almonds on top.
- Chill 1 hour before serving.
